Fabulous train Andrew. When CN first got these Dash 8-40C locos they were working hard out west but they have all but disappeared from the local scene which is a shame. Great capture for sure.
Hi Andrew. I loved the super audio of the locos working. Just terrific !! I found this film very interesting for another reason as well. The great looking MSC containers caught my attention, and there were quite a few of them near the head end. And I do not recall noticing the brand before. Apparently this is MSC Global - a Geneva headquartered Italian co. MSC = Mediterranean Shipping. cheers. James.

Nice CSX just acquired 33 Dash 8s back from Pam Am hopefully they will start coming through Akron again soon once they’re all rebuilt in a couple years
