And contrary to popular belief, it is possible for people to lose weight (although I would not suggest it) via b/p'ing, which could explain why she looks much skinnier. And her rotten tooth could also be a result of stomach acid, as it can damage your teeth. Tegan Ashley agree, I always explained my binges with comparison to that of a shark food frenzy. The logical part of your brain switches off and you’re just focused on eating. The fact she has the forethought for a camera means she probably plans her binges which is common with bulimics. When I was really bad into mine I’d plan them out and actually look forward to them.

This could point towards purging, but could also be she restricts caloric intake at all other times, abuses laxatives, over exercises, pica (like eating cotton balls), ruminating (which is when someone vomits, and then they consume their vomit), etc. Not to mention, she could also be malnourished by avoiding certain food groups altogether, and her health will naturally decline if she consistently doesn't get certain vitamins/minerals.

Finally, the "help" message was likely because she feels trapped in this mental illness that's only encouraged by her fans online, it could be her way of venting her feelings without directly asking for help (when you have an addiction or ED, no matter how bad it gets you never really want to stop). This could point towards purging, but could also be she restricts caloric intake at all other times, abuses laxatives, over exercises, pica (like eating cotton balls), ruminating (which is when someone vomits, and then they consume their vomit), etc. Not to mention, she could also be malnourished by avoiding certain food groups altogether, and her health will naturally decline if she consistently doesn't get certain vitamins/minerals.

She could also be making herself vomit, which explains the weight loss, plus the stomach acid can cause tooth rot. Malnourishment can stop injuries from healing well/can make it easier for someone to get hurt, explaining the bruise. Finally, the "help" message was likely because she feels trapped in this mental illness that's only encouraged by her fans online, it could be her way of venting her feelings without directly asking for help (when you have an addiction or ED, no matter how bad it gets you never really want to stop).
