oil : 2 tbsp
jeera : 1/2 tsp
hing : 1/4 tsp
dry red chilli : 2
green chilli : 2

Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
dhana jeeru : 1 tbsp
Garam masala : 1 tsp
salt to taste

હા રેગ્યુલર ઘઉંનો લોટ વાપરી શકીએ બસ તમારે રેગ્યુલર ઘઉંનો લોટ વાપરતા હોઈએ ત્યારે મોણ નું પ્રમાણ થોડું વધારે રાખવાનું મતલબ મોણ તમારે મુઠ્ઠી પડે એટલું ઉમેરવાનું
