I've personally corrected and completed the rest of the lyrics missing from other videos of this song. Some may be wrong but I'd say I made an accurate translation but my mind still hesitates with the divisions in the melody so excuse me for that
الحمد الحمد لله الحمد .. مرحى مرحى ياصدام or Praise Praise, Praise be to god! .. Hooray Hooray to you Saddam! (might also be interpreted as Salute Salute to you Saddam!) latinized as "Al hamd Al hamd Lilah Al hamd" was a Ba'athist Iraqi National Song sung by a youth group "Studio Registration(?)" "تسجيل استوديو" , which was issued in the celebration of the reconstruction of FAO. It took hold in 10/25/1989 in the Great Celebration Square in Baghdad, in the presence of Saddam Hussein and several other Arab leaders
The second flag that appears is the Fedayeen Saddam (فدائيي صدام) flag which has the words "God Leader and Homeland" then the name at the bottom which translates to "Saddam's Men of Sacrifice"
Al-Saad could mean friend / companion. Or it could mean to be happy, fortunate or lucky

I'm Polish-Ukrainian woman from Poland and Polish citizien and I love Saddam Hussein, he was great anti-American and anti-Israeli Hero, my friend and idol and last romantic and idealist and my kindred soul and also artist who wrote fabular books and poems. He died from American imperialism, Saddam gave life for his country Iraq and compatriots Iraqis.
I hope that when MEK will seize power in Iran and Maryam Rajavi will become President, Baath Party will return to Iraq and Iraqis and Iranians will be brothers and friends like should be. But IRGC pours blood everywhere, I paid them attention and they tortured me and threatened me and my parrents death and forced me to going to Iran under threat.
