Honey lime or lemon garlic and a little cinnamon powder mix together, take a teaspoon 3 times per day, gargle with saltwater as you rise and before bed, keep a scalf or towel around throat at all times can rub a little vicks if desire, have mint or eucalyptus sweets throughout for moisture you dont want throat to get dry🙌🏾

New link, these young mens don't understand what a bike is all about. It not a toy that you go out and show off.All four mens went to river ,on there way going home they decided to overtake a car and collision into a bus coming in the upper direction. That look like they are speeding. I am tired of telling them slow down, speed hurt.

But it depends how you operate the motorcycle…. If you ride reckless then you asking for it ….. to tell you the truth some of dem bwoy dem ride like speed demon … I’m not saying that they deserve it but vey simple stick to the road rules and you be fine .. some of dem overtake in blind curbs into oncoming traffic… that’s why people say they don’t like motorcycles… but it depends on how you handling the bike … with common sense…. But anyway May dem rest in peace
