  • Here in this video series you will watch how a brushless dc ceiling fan or
    bldc motor works and how it's wind. BLDC motors are very common now a days.
    They are frequently used as 12v DC ceiling fan. BLDC are actually three
    phase motors with magnetic rings in them. these motor are run using an
    inverter. inverter boards are used to run these motors. AC DC ceiling fan winding is simple. Any winding person can rewind very easily an AC DC ceiling fan. For ac dc fan the main item is the inverter board which providing 3 phase pulsating DC power to AC DC ceiling fan motor winding through which the motor runs smoothly. There are are double mosfets in the ac DC cieling fan motor driver inverter circuit which are sometime going defective. Shorted mosfet is the very common fault normally seen in the ac dc seling fan driver boards. AC DC ceiling fan motors winding normally is not going defective due to very low voltage in the system which is pulsating 12V. Also the current is controlled due to system impedance. Normally such AC DC fans are taking as low current as 3.3A at 12V. The low system voltage increases the fan winding life. Due to low voltage of 12V the fan winding never goes breakdown. Another feature of AC DC fan is it is running very cool and not producing big heat like a regular AC ceiling fan is producing. Due to cool running the fan life increases and also it converse electricity of electrical energy. As now a days electricity prices are increased too much, it's a must to consider efficient equipment which utilizes electrical power in an efficient manner.

    Sir ji pehela coil 4ro anti clockwise hogaya problem joga. Kuin ki single pH indeoction fan fast coil clock wise then 2nd coil anti clock wise.

    what would happen if i use thicker wire? i dont know much about motor winding so i hope you can help thats why asked i know turns will be significantly less but i want to know how will it effect the output of the motor?(like more torque and rpm or leas torque and rpm? and more voltage/ampere or less voltage/ampere?)

    Original winding was two pole pair , you changed it to four pole pair , 120x50÷2= 3000 rpm
    120x50 ÷4 = 1500 rpm , your winding ended up half of original speed , as speed reduces consumption of power proportionaly increases
    Intialy the company did is three phases not with 1to 4 but 1 to 6 pattern ,thus two pair opposite poles , 3x3 =6 , 3x3 =6 , total 12 slots

    Ots original winding two phase system, push pull based bldc just like computer fan.
    Its circuit so simple no need electronic ic .
    It is use with hall effect sensor.
    You use push pull pc fan based circuit with strong MOSFET.

      Is ki bhoth complex calculation hae. Easiest yeh hae keh Jo wire purani winding may hae, wahi gauge and number of turns lagaye. Meray case may 27 swg Kay 90 turns thay. To Mae nay waisay hi wind Kar Dala.

      The only way is take data from old winding and wing accordingly. Nobody can tell you from only voltage data.

      اس مخصوص ماڈل میں 27:نمبر تار استعمال ہوئی ہے۔ مگر جو بازار میں عام دستیاب پنکھے ہیں ان میں 21 نمبر موٹی تار استعمال ہوتی ہے اور اکتیس چکر ہوتے ہیں۔ تفصیلی ویڈیو ان شاء اللّٰہ لے کے آئیں گے آگے کسی موقع پر۔

      Bhai negative posive 12v inverter board ko deye jathay hen. Board is ko 3 phase 12v may invert kartha hae. Yeh 3 phase 12v fan ki 3 winding ko supply keye jathay hen. Is may Kiya problem hae? Hope you understand.

      یہ جتنا تفصیل سے میں نے پریکٹیکل دکھایا ہے، پیپر پر دکھانے سے کیا فائدہ ہو گا؟ پیپر اس وقت تھے جب ویڈیوز نہیں تھیں۔ آپ پریکٹیکل کریں گے تب آپ کو سمجھ لگے گا۔ یہ پیپر وغیرہ سے سمجھ میں نہیں آنے والا ۔
