So it was highly interesting to know your observations. Will definitely follow. I like more fusion food hence I would take some of the extra marinade, add Maida, butter and some water to make some sauce/ dip 😀

It won't work as after cooking, top chicken layer looses its moisture and hence can't absorb further flavors.
Hence it's recommended to add coal flavor during early cooking stages :)
