Ever notice that most soccer teams besides just being named the boring FC or SC, when having a nickname it's usually singular. Like Cetic instead of Celtics or Rapid instead of Rapids.
Right now Louisville City FC has the best stadium and best organization... I think they have won2 or 3 championships already... if we had relegation in the MLS.. Louisville would be part of the club... but that is another story. Not the American way .. I suppose.
I know, but at this point we just have to focus on making usl the best it can be. MLS is probably never going to choose Louisville for expansion, as they’re already in the Cincinnati market. As long as we don’t have pro/rel, we need to focus on supporting our clubs and usl as they grow
Wait a minute… Fresno FC was forced out of the USLC because they couldn’t secure a Soccer Specific Stadium, but several of these are not SSSs! WtF? Did they change the rule afterwards?
I am afraid I am not aware of the story behind Fresno FC. Maybe they wanted to construct their own and they didn't manage to do so? The only limitation I know is the 5,000 minimum capacity
The regulation is that all USLC clubs have their own SSS by *2026.* Fresno FC simply said that them building their own stadium by 2026 was not financially feasible for them. Any club on this list who play in non-SSS stadiums are either in active talks for their own stadium, or already have a new stadium locked in/currently being built.
Last night I attended the first match in the reconstructed Phoenix Rising Stadium. The queues were long but the atmosphere was great.
Brillient !
That 2016 Renovation at Keyworth Stadium was also almost completely done by DCFC supporters

Detroit City FC Keyworth stadium is awesome. It’s intimate, packed and loud every night.
