Hello, I am a lawyer too. I work in the corporate sector in the legal field. I want to clear CIPP exam too and get amazing job opportunities in foreign companies with competitive pay. However I want to clear the exam through self study. I have read the entire gdpr but I'm not sure how to clear the exam. Seeking help from ppl who have cleared it. Kindly help me.

Today i gone through this gdpr video 1 , its help me a lot as i had my llm exam in data protection law . as you stated in the video that you have opted diploma course in international data protection and privacy and certified . Please advise me for my career growth towards getting job by doing data privacy consultant job . FYI currently i am doing my LLM specialisation in intellectual law and information security law .
Also Please advise me if i do data protection and privacy certification couese will i get job ? Which are they way to get job ..

Your slide says fine paid by FB was GBP 5 Billion, but your audio said its GBP 50 Billion, and the actual amount paid was GBP 500,000. Please be consistent and accurate with the information.

I want to give some personal suggestion related to the voice frequeny ,it fluctuate alot in between. Sometimes high pitch or sometimes low .Might be an Issue with MIC i think !!!
i dont know whether someone pointed it out or not .its just my personal opinion. It Might be wrong also but try to cross check it.

India does not have any specific regulation per se, although some of the provisions of IT Act does apply. Currently, a legislation on the same is being prepared and a case, "Karmanya Singh Sareen v. Union of India" has infused the flame in order to have a comprehensive legislation on the same.
There is law enacted by the government that is DPDP act 2023. It is a digital personal data protection act 2023
