bouncing cats baboons and pigs to be born to be clever to clever to be too clever born to clever to clever dubstep beat: born to be to clever to be to born to be to clever clever to be to born..
What just happened?.. This is GENIUS!!! How come i've never seen anything like this! I've always wanted to beat box and now i finally can try atleast! This is the coolest thing THANK YOU SO MUCH!! : D
Yeah, tried this ~ colossal and gigantic fail:( You should really put a disclaimer on your video about us old people trying this. Not saying it's a bad video, but I'll just say that I hurt my back getting my teeth from under the table. Thanks a lot ~ NOT!!! :)
This is a solid starting point. The funnest part of beat boxing to me tho is recreating the drums to tracks you like using your toolkit of drum sounds. Next video: Classic drum breaks to work with?
You're great at explaining something as difficult as beatboxing. You keep the student's attention and it doesn't hurt that you're bloody beautiful!!!!!! OYE Come to MAMA
As an older feller, I'm not much a beat box aficionado, though I enjoy hearing/watching people do it. What I can say is that I am a big fan of Mr. Dub FX's music, at least what I've heard on UA-cam. Just wonderful stuff, especially his partnering with Mr. Woodnote in "Flow". I just recently upgraded my PC's sound system via a dig. receiver, vintage bookshelf speakers and a cheapo 12" powered subwoofer, and listening to Dub FX again was sonic eargasm!
What part of the lip surface are you using for the snare sound? I see that it's a lot of pressure, and it looks like a lower lip thing, but I'm still not seeing the twist. There's definitely a twist.
Awesome tips! I love Mal Webb too. Toured in OZ a few years ago and had the pleasure of meeting him & being introduced to his music. Cheers from Canada!
I'm really happy to see Dub FX has filled out a little bit. He's looking a lot healthier. I love his music, too, and it's interesting to watch him take apart his craft.
I just spit all over my phone attempting to beat box lol
+a bui lel

I've never heard beatboxing tips presented in such a way!! Amazing! Thank you :)

'Need to put the powersuit' sounds pretty cool if said right
Great video!! You explain everything very well and give great examples. Love it! Also you make it look so easy!! :D
This is like one of those 2 steps drawing videos like "step 1. draw a circle" and "step 2. draw the rest of this realistic face".
Practice makes perfect

I always thought it was boots and cats not bouncing cats, I guess that's where I've been going wrong.
Nah, Boots an cats works too. Slightly different sneer with ts instead of nc but both work
I was being sarcastic :P

Look at his right ear (from our perspective) at the very start.
Holy shit it's moving.

Great Tutorial and nice to see you giving props to Mal Webb.
Anyone else see his ear move up and down at the beginning?
+Brandon Ryan yes I thought I seen that
