I would love to be able to make this dairy free. Is it possible to just substitute coconut milk for the dairy milk, etc.?
Wonder what you would suggest.

2 cups tender coconut water
1 cup coconut milk 1 cup milk
I cup puree of tender coconut
1/2 cup milkmaid
6 TSP gelatin
3 tbsp sugar

It’s not 6 tablespoons.. it is 6 teaspoons! Pls change it! I have messed up a whole dessert because of that one slight fault
