Here, if you are very ill and released from the hospital, a nurse/doctor, social worker etc come to your home. If it's not safe and clean for you to live in, then they don't allow you to stay there.
No matter how long I have known someone, I would NEVER ever tolerate that property for anyone. Especially with kids involved.

That house needs condemned... it is a death trap with all that mold. It would be causing memory issues, hemorrhaging, respiratory issues and even death!!!

Im surprised she didn't stink of mold... my sister and her boys used to live in a moldy smelling apartment and I used to babysit them i had to take them straight to the bathtub and wash there clothes you could smell her 10 feet away. It was BAD!

I see a lot of people get weirdly attached to or obsessed with properties or houses that are negatively haunted. (and sometime get obsessed about restoring them to their former glory) I feel like this is somehow caused by the haunting. A healthy person would cut their losses and leave.

Not always. I am an empath. I absolutely love historical and/or older homes, businesses and especially churches. I have also grown up in a spirit filled home. My spirits have been with me over 30 years. I have always felt safe, loved, and protected there. One even saved my life one night. You just need to know what may be there. I don't believe on psychics but I do mediums. Find a real one and ask them to come "see". That way you are protecting yourself.
I literally went through it myself! My house was nowhere NEAR this bad it was actually nice but it was 100 years old and there were many things that needed fixed and maintained that were beyond my financial reach. But i was and still feel so emotionally attached to the house even though I lost it over 2 years ago. It just felt like coming home as soon as i stepped in. There were 3 spirits that lived there, not negative at all unless there was arguing or fighting going on and then their presence was VERY known. I felt very protected but everyone else felt afraid.

You are deceived, and if you continue down the road you are on, they will slowly destroy you. If not your life, they will destroy your soul. Dont take spirits at face value, as being what they lead you to believe they are. They are liars, and they are masters at it. They can do good for years upon years. They are being good to you so that you let your guard down. Then their true colors become evident. By then it is too late. They have you.

i've made a long career in construction, and all i can say is that the cost to demolish and rebuild on that property is less than the cost to make the house *habitable* (as gorgeous and historic as it is). i'm glad ya'll wore respirators; that poor home is unhealthy. I wouldn't even keep the basement, if I were them. (And, with that amount of activity, I wouldn't keep the property. oof.)

Exactly my thoughts! This house needs to go DOWN‼️I lived in a gorgeous house that was only 10 yrs old but built to look like a French cottage, the first home I ever bought. It had a beautiful clear stream by it, surrounded by horses & green grass, so gorgeous. We lost 60k on it but at least we got out in less than a year with our LIVES‼️ My son was 8 mos when we moved in & he was sick the entire 11 mos in there. He had nightmares in his crib so I’d take him to sleep w me in the spare room & it was only room i felt safe in. The master bedroom was horrible, dark, depressing & a heavy feeling. Also felt like someone was always watching us in master & right below it, the living room. At the time, we thought it was neighbors behind but it wasn’t. Sadly, I think it changed my husb (divorced now, thank GOD). He became more & more angry, so selfish. It could that was his normal demeanor🤷♀️but just glad I don’t have to put up w his mood swings any longer. I wish I had divorced him wasay back then. The neighbors to me after we moved in that a man had taken his life in the master bedroom though I never verified it but I will never buy a home again without knowing 100% that place is CLEAR‼️It is equally as important that the LAND is clear. Before buying a property/home, walk around it alone so you can FEEL if it is oppressive or heavy/cold. Do this alone - very important‼️

The only thing with black mold it contaminates everything, I had to leave mostly everything behind at my lake house. I ended up in hospital in a coma for a month in half but total stay was 4 months lost half of my lung, had to learn how to walk talk eat. They were very courageous by going in there . I’m glad there out they should never build anything there again!!

@@tridungsydney6618 probably didn't have other options...I lived in a evil place for awhile because I wasn't financially able to move for about 3 years..The guy who rented the place after me said he only lasted 2 months.The landlord tore the place down after hearing from several tenants after me lasted less than 6 months.

I feel like the dark shadow figure knows what the Fourman bros are there to do and he doesn't like it. So he made an attempt to scare them with that loud noise. Then when when the disembodied voice said, "that was me" confirmed it for me.

This was a hard watch,, I am worried for the wife,, just because he may be "possessed" does not mean she should continue to take the abuse. I hope she is not using the house being haunted as an excuse to live in abuse because she is too afraid to leave. There is NO way I'd pay a dime in rent to the actual homeowner. His neglect as a landlord is unacceptable. He should have to put them up somewhere until they find a place. And if I'm assuming things please tell me but from what I got from this was that they're renting this deathtrap from the owner who popped in on the Fourman's. Why is his house in that state to rent out to people? NO ONE should be living there. I'm very upset with the owner. Whitney and Josh need to move ASAP. They're still in a lot of danger.

I’ve been a registered nurse for over 30 years. I’m also a real estate investor and flip houses. I agree with everyone below on these two points;
1- this house needs to be condemned and they need to move out ASAP.
2. The living conditions along will make everyone sick. Social services needs to be called in and deal with the situation appropriately. I’m wondering if the brothers understand they have a moral responsibility when they visit properties like this with children in them to report unsafe conditions. I’m not joking about that. They need to understand that if they’ve seen it they need to pass that information along
The Black mold causes psychosis in human brains...That is most likely Josh’s issue with abusing his girl! The house is in need of demolition..But the babies need help crossing over...The black figure needs exercised!!

@Andriette Bergakker I know that feeling. The only time my father was nice to us was when he was off his meds. Then we knew the shit was fixin to hit the fan. I think the first time he was put in the State Hospital I was 6 yrs old. I was terrified of him.

That response you heard up there when you were by yourself, Josh was absolutely stunning. that is definitely a superb catch. Right next to a growl or a hiss....that is one of the things that can chill you to your bones. Have you guys seen the coffin music box player that is around? it uses emf readings to play a music box player. I am thinking of getting and this house would be an ideal place to use that piece of equipment. I am using your investigating techniques as a model for my team. I think the fact that you spend so much time NOT using equipment really solidifies you stake in the investigation game. I really appreciate your work. I am a central ohio investigator myself. I really watch these episodes and often finding myself being impressed and thinking how solid you guys are. Each one of you brothers have different positive aspects that make you a great team.

That is the Hat Man, I've seen him before in my childhood home, he would stand outside my bedroom door. He shows up only when there is negativity in the home. He never did anything to me or my family. It's been years since I seen the Hat Man. The fact that you guys actually care and help is so great. So many paranormal investigators come to a location for the shock factor and in some cases can leave a property in worse shape than it was when they came.
And, although I hate to see any old house demolished, some are past saving. That is definitely the case with that house, and it does need to go.

By far the creepiest haunting video yet. I was terrified when they each went in the house alone. Very brave. 10/10 would never attempt myself though. You guys are awesome and bring so much closure and peace to these families.
Casting this on my TV. Had a friend over who wanted to know what channel this was on because this looked better than all the other paranormal shows.

@@jasonwalker6253 wasn’t even suggesting they go with a network. A friend saw the quality and thought it was a Tavel channel show. I had to correct him that this is actually better. I watch on my YT on my TV. So much better than those fakes. That’s why it would be great if they teamed up with Tim (Live SciFi) because even though he had a show that only aired a few episodes, he quit because of exactly what you said.
Now he’s doing live investigations and other legit stuff. The network shows...I usually only watch those for laughs as they don’t even hide how overproduced and fake they are.

Wow this was actually the first time that I was scared for you guys. You could tell that there was something there that did not want you there. When that baby said "HI" I about crapped. I was not expecting to hear from the kids. There is definitely something there that was surpressing the others. I hope that the family can get closure and that things get back to normal for them.
