I only use their paint pots, color corrector, and eyeshadow...and that’s because I refuse to let them go after I spent years collecting them. 😂. I recently gave away my entire lipstick collection.
Memory lane.... saddle was my jam when I couldn’t afford a whole Mac pallet....now look at me with all these eyeshadow palettes... my favorite time to watch UA-cam is when my kids have gone to bed and I’m whining down for the day or on weekends when I have free time... make looks bomb by the way...😍
Honestly the only time I watch makeup tutorials specifically is when I'm stuffing my face after a long and busy day at work 😂. For whatever reason, that become the opportune time for me 🤷🏽♀️. Also the virtual try on for the lipsticks is everything! I added like 7 shades to my wish list 💋
MAC was the first ever higher end makeup brand that I ever purchased and I literally only had MAC for years.. Now I don’t have any but this video is making me want to go re-up my supply!
Also.. I love to watch makeup videos in the morning while I’m getting ready for work, or the evening when I’m winding down after dinner.

I mostly watch UA-cam hair and makeup tutorials before I go to bed. It's my favorite way to decompress from stressful days at work! Sometimes I will watch them while I'm doing my hair or makeup if I have comparable products and want to recreate a look or at least take inspiration from a look. But mostly just to relax and reset at the end of a long day!

What am I doing when I watch your videos? Grading. I'm a teacher so binge watching videos helps take the sting out of the stacks of tests, quizzes, and papers that I have. I keep a notepad with me so when there's a product I want to try I jot it down for future reference. I also save the video under "makeup tips" so I can come back to the video. I been sleeping on MAC for a longtime. I recently Back To Mac some old stuff, and I got Saddle and Brown Scripted eyeshadow for filling in my brows, and it’s so good! I went back and got a couple more! I should have never stopped using it!

I remember you use to ALWAYS prime your lashes ... a tip you taught us back in the beginning days was to add 3 little dots under the bottom lashes to make them look fuller . I still use that tip. Love you Shayla 💗💗💗

This makeup look is gorgeous! I definitely took notes. Just one thing, you don’t have to put perfecting powder on top of studio fix because it is a loose studio fix powder. It’s like you’re putting studio fix on top of studio fix. It’ll save you a step that you don’t need. Like I said though I love the finished products. Thanks for posting. :)

So I come and check in with the notification squad, then I’ll check on the length of the film and see if I can squeeze in some time while I’m in the office and then I’ll catch up with the rest when I’m comfy at home.
