It depends on the manufacturing date so newer manufactured models come with the latest update of that time and there'll be no problem of restoring iOS 17 backup on iOS 18 version otherwise you can first update the iPhone as well. iCloud and iTunes both are fine.

Otherwise iOS 17.3.1 came out on 8th Feb therefore you'll be getting a piece after that month for sure with a higher iOS version so don't worry, just restore while setting up. I believe it has migration option as well from one iPhone to another and these days when you upgrade to a new phone, Apple gives you free iCloud backup to restore from in few weeks.

My last iphone was iPhone 4! have pre booked by 16 pro max 512 gb desert titanium. So rocking both the best phones in the world will be awesome. needed a second phone and thought why not an iPhone!
Iphone 16 releases are underwhelming with not many features introduced…even the camera access button seems impractical to use…for someone who is not invested in the apple ecosystem, i think pixel 9 is a strong option..it’s camera is at par in fact better in some instances and the video quality has also improved dramatically.

Bhai I’m using 11 with 17.3.1.. 15 buy karne wala hu… Shayad wo IOS 17 ke saath aaega toh which method is best to data transfer.. icould backup option work karega ?? As 15 will be on lower version than my 11
It depends on the manufacturing date so newer manufactured models come with the latest update of that time and there'll be no problem of restoring iOS 17 backup on iOS 18 version otherwise you can first update the iPhone as well. iCloud and iTunes both are fine.
@@akshayaddy i checked in flipkart.. it says IOS 17.. if i need to update first then again i have to reset the device to start the transfer process.. I don’t have system to use itunes
@@shivamn6679 Update, reset then restore from backup. Otherwise iOS 17.3.1 came out on 8th Feb therefore you'll be getting a piece after that month for sure with a higher iOS version so don't worry, just restore while setting up. I believe it has migration option as well from one iPhone to another and these days when you upgrade to a new phone, Apple gives you free iCloud backup to restore from in few weeks.
