The acrobatics are NOT done by Katrina. Shakti Mohan (and another girl I believe) were her stunt doubles for this. Katrina is an amazing, talented and hard working dancer, but she is not a gymnast. She can't do flips like that. Give credit where credit is due - Shakti has spoken about it herself.

Not every stunt are done by actors themselves there are stuntwomen and cables and whole technical team who make everything look so cool.Kudos to all of them.
You are right but this stunts were done by katrina and she got a back fracture while shooting these song thats why film released a month later🙂

bro, she has this "thingy" to try & dance every type of song herself.
Since she loves dancing, she loves to keep trying new things & eventually does hurt herself, but never stops from learning new.
From what I remember, she also injured herself while trying to do those intense belly dance sequences from the song "Mashallah", from the movie "Ek tha tiger"; but she still did manage to complete those songs gracefully & they came out just as perfect! 😍😍😍

It's funny you said she should play a superhero. There's actually a superhero film in the works right now and she's starring in it. It's centered around her character. If you watch Bang Bang, Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai (sequel to Ek Tha Tiger), and Phantom, you'll see her in more action-oriented roles. And she does a phenomenal job. If you're up for it, you should react to "Tera Noor" from the movie Tiger Zinda Hai. It's an action sequence of her with the song as the backdrop. The song is beautiful.
Also, even though I loved all the stunts in here, there are some she doesn't do herself, like the backflips mainly. Behind the scenes are always a fun surprise. Especially for the song "Malang" from this movie. You should definitely watch the behind the scenes of that song. The effort put into it makes you love the entirety of it even more.
