Have u tried fleet footwork? The 100% atk speed helps alot on stacking
Its good vs squishies. But u miss the ult damage just like with phase rush so the enemies always survive with 1hp. In this game u can see him miss ults many times because he doesnt have conq so enemy lives with 1 hp
