I performed this piece in college with my choir and it is one of my all time favorites. Listening to it often moves me to tears. I love how it perfectly portrays the beauty, glory, majesty, and power of God! An amazing performance.
It's wonderful to see, hear and know that such excellence in choral sound is still cultivated in this country. Surely the singers themselves must be inspired by it. Well done all! (A good hall to be singing in too!) Bravo Allen Hightower and UNT A Cappella Choir!
No doubt . . . no doubt whatsoever that more than 3 hours a week is devoted to rehearsal - as is the ridiculous restriction of so many collegiate groups around the country. Blessings on you all for cultivating this standard.
What a beautiful, warm and full-throated sound. As an UNT Alumnus and a former member of this ensemble, I am very proud. Awesome performance. Bravi tutti!
What a glorious "Russian sound" for Gretchaninoff and with precision and unity. I couldn't help feeling like I was in a gold-plated onion-domed temple of worship! Take this group to Ukraine and Russia! They'll LOVE hearing you. Blessings, and bravissimo!
Ive listened to this at least twenty times. I can not wait to finish at UNT . In my opinion this particular piece is yalls best . I cant wait to see y'all on the 23rd of November in concert for the 1st time . Keep using the Gift God has placed in your hearts. !!!!!!!!
What a thrill to find this marvelous performance of my favorite piece of choral music! To hear it done by the choir of my alma mater makes chills go up and down my spine. Well done!

The group's blend is exceptional, especially among the men (love the bass section especially). BRAVO!
There are moments where the chords are so masterfully sung it seems unreal . This is a snipet of what Heaven will be . Thank You UNT A Capella !!

Dr. Hightower, you and these marvelous singers set a new standard of choral performance. Thank you.
I can't wait to audition with this piece it's so beautiful.
Illustrious voices well-recorded in a great venue. This choir had the soaring, beefy sound needed for Russian liturgy Thumbs up.
Oh, this is magnificent! I can't stop watching it. BRAVO!!! BRAVO!!! Well done all!
Thank-you for this. I can't help but joyfully worship God while hearing such a beautiful expression of His praise! May many hearts be so blessed.
Glory to God for this excellent group!
