I am a software engineer, I am going to start a sole proprietorship business. I have been filing ITR for last 10 years. As you said I can use my individual pancard to register my firm and for GST registration. My question is, does it affect my ITR calculation.

Sir I have to open current account but i don't have GST number because my Trunover is not more than 20 Lac. I have registered my company with Udhuog Adhar . Can i apply for current account in Bank. Some banks are refusing to open account with udhog adhar msme. Please Revert me soon.

Q. M/S AB is a partnership firm carrying a ready made garment business under a rented shop.
Mr A want to leave the firm. and Mr. B want to continue part-firm business in his own name (proprietorship) under same rented shop by opening a new firm.
Mr A Reimbursed/settled his capital in cash
Mr B Take debtors,assets,creditors etc for his capital settlement.
Can this transaction can be treated as going concern withing the meaning of SN2 of exemption notification and section 18(3) read with rule 41 (ITC-2)
what are other formalities under income tax (eg how to intimate to ITO/AO/Department) ?

it is transfer of business to other PAN. but no cash/bank received to part-firm From B. because of already capital introduced by Mr B. hence it is compulsory that in case of transfer amount should be received in cash/bank. ?

toh usme kitna tax dena compulsory hota hai kya?
(2) agar Firm ko profit nhi ho raha ho matlab bank account mein transactions nhi ho rahi ho.
