Hero Forge is great, it's a little expensive but they have lots of options to make unique characters
Yes, but you can download the cheaper STL so you can 3D print it yourself (or have someone else do it for you).

Home made with the C130 sprues and some sir conditioning mesh. I'll pop a video up later when they are painted.
