15:23 The holes are part of this balcony-like structure, it's called a Machicolation (or mâchicoulis in french). They're used to drop things such as stones, boiling water/ oil, hot sand on enemies. (They most likely weren't used at the Citadelle though cause by the time they completed the construction of the fort, the tensions between the English and the French had already subsided.
