The sound of the rifle with the donny is awesome.
60 shots at around 900 fps in 30 cal with accuracy in pellets and slugs to boot,that's one great gun. Good video Rick. Oh and where is your gloves and toboggan? 20 degrees? Whoooo that's cold.
Shoot it at Hundred yards target, show us the group. 50 yards is nothing at a target

I also live in Pennsylvania when I went to let my dog out this morning he even looked up at me and said nope it's too cold I'm crapping inside lol, but I've been doing my homework on that gun for a while now and seeing what you did on the great video that you did of it yes this is my next purchase thank you brother stay warm.
Yep, my crv froze up last night. With antifreeze but not enough apparently. Hope the damage isn't too bad..

I have this gun in .22 .... great gun bu all means. It has 500 +124 cc air capacity ..... each 50 bar the velocity change ! But the accuracy is the same !
Awesome gun but, need more better suppressor still sounds little bit more louder. May be longer suppressor will do the job. Thanks for the review Rick👍🙂
There’s a distinct difference between weaver and picatinny I’m sure they used pic and not weaver. Anywho nice review Rick

Super nice! Everybody needs to get a couple air rifles and make their own bullets. Need to educate our kids and make it easier for them understand weapons and why we need them ..new air rifles are awesome..
I got that gun. It's very accurate and powerful. It's a hog killer machine.

Cricket holds a very special place in my heart. The first Gen cricket in .22 was my first pcp.. all these years later it still shoots great. That gun easily has 700 tins of JSB 18.13s thru it kinda crazy to think that gun has 350 to 400,000 shots thru it. Way back then there was weekends when i shot 10 tins between Friday when I got home from work and Sunday night. I have shot it in a couple years I need to get it out and shoot it. My Impacts, Crown, Royals and Red wolf's have spoiled me.
Hell my 22 Impact Mk3 700mm slug rig, .35 Impact and 25 crown conti have most my attention now days. My HM1000X LRT 22 gets a lot of love as well. Kinda crazy how out of 35 pcps only 4 get shot daily. Last time I shot wither of my Red Wolf's is over a year ago and I truly love those guns. There's just something about my FX guns that really have me hooked.

I know you're in PA and it's been a few months I'm in Georgia dying in the heat I would love to have a little bit of cold. But I used to live in Colorado and know what cold fingers are. Plus I lived in Washington PA back in 1980 It does get cold

Was the rifle hold sensitive? It appears to jump around quite a bit. Did you have any problems with the minuscule rear stock as a bag rider?

I have been looking at that gun since it came out but I bought a impact m3 but who says I can't buy another in your opinion how does the cricket stand up to the impact also is it a caliber change barrel like the impact thanks for sharing as usual great shooting

I noticed muzzle flip during the chronograph testing that mysterious disappeared when shooting groups. Leads me to wonder if the rifle was tuned down for accuracy. If so the presentation could be misleading.
Nothing in the video is misleading we shoot the gun as is . If we shoot it a high medium or low it is to show you what the gun can. you pick the Speed with the ammo you get for your best accuracy.

If I could buy pellets I would buy that gun in .30 or .25 can’t find pellets anywhere...
Using the .30 cal what is fps from chronograph test at 100 yards, if test was placed at impacted target?
Your tests are within 900 fps with chronograph at exit barrel.

Thanks Rick. Why did you stop at 80 yards? I shot JSB 44 gr. Pellets at 900 fps and at 50 and 75 yards got very good groups but not good at 100 yds. Time prevented further testing. I will try higher velocity if the Cricket II Tactical 30 will allow. Have you tried slugs and if you did, what results and which slug gave the best results? Thanks for posting great videos as usual. 80 is just where the target was sitting at the time of filming. We can do a 100 yd . The tactical likes Fx Hybrids 44.75

I've noticed my PCP's shoot different when I bring them out in the cold, have filled them in a warm house, etc. I've gotten better results leaving my gun outside for a while before shooting. You notice anything like that Rick?
