Hello, Hope you are doing well. Could you please confirm if you were able to pair your tracker initially or is this the first time pairing? It seems like the tracker is not in an Unpaired mode and hence not allowing you to pair. To re-pair, please could you follow the instructions below and watch the attached video for guidance: Please ensure that your tracker is fully/or nearly fully charged before attempting this process: **Steps to factory reset:** Please note that factory reset deletes all the sessions from the tracker. - Plug your Apex Athlete Series tracker into the USB Charger. - Wait for a few moments, don’t press any buttons and you’ll notice the word Apex appear on the screen. The tracker will display the battery icon. - Once you see this you can then quickly click/press the middle button of the tracker 3 times. (Please note: holding the 3rd press/click of the button for slightly longer then the first two clicks, approx. 2-3 seconds). - Your tracker should then say to “initiate factory reset by unplugging"/ “Reset mode”. - Unplug the tracker from the USB cable within 30 seconds and your tracker should now factory reset itself. Performing the manual factory reset can be tricky on the Apex Tracker. The tracker will shut down, instead of resetting, if you hold down on the button for too long on the 3rd click or continue to display charging if you don’t hold it long enough. Please just try it again. Once completed the tracker will display “‘FACTORY!’ Unpaired, use mobile app to pair NEW:****” Now that the tracker has been reset, Could you then please uninstall and reinstall the apex athlete series app and ensure that the software on the mobile phone is up to data. Once completed, please follow these steps: 1. Ensure the Tracker is switched on. The text ‘Unpaired Device’ should be displayed on the Tracker's LED screen 2. Press the ‘more’ icon in the bottom right of your screen in the Apex Athlete Series App. 3. Navigate to ‘Configure Tracker’. Please note, if the app does not locate the tracker here, please shut down and reopen the application before trying again. 4. Please click on ‘Pair your Apex tracker’. 5. Please then enter the 4-digit code and press next. 6. Please select your Apex tracker to Pair. Here you will also be able to rename the tracker. 7. Select ‘Done’. Your apex tracker will now be paired to the Athlete Series account.
