Satisfaction of women is difficult in western countries because many women have had multiple partners. They become insensitivity. Also there's a lot of visual stimulation as the public is half naked. Compare that to a conservative Muslim society. Women only have sex with their husbands and there isn't so much nudity on the streets. This is the starting point.

this is slightly embarrassing, but don’t you think this is slightly irrelevant as it’s up to the couple..they should seek couple councelling and speak to local imams,.. for guidance. Global discussions on social media can be a problem.
It is pretty often much easier to get some life changing tips from a internet blog then from your local imam. I appreciate your thinking really, but it is too idealistic to recognize the situation from that direction, you know. As long as sisters and brothers are more likely to be disinformed/shy about the topic itself, we need the public discussion of real islamic matters with speakers like Brother Gabriel, he is more than qualified to speak on this, alhamdulillah. Nowadays, you can read/watch about any topic online and it is urgent that our ummah is strong in the area of life, especially when it comes to our relationships with Allah azza wa jall, yourself, your family, your spouse, friends etc. Maintaining these leads us to better worshippers automatically inshaAllah te ala. Keep in mind: Islam is simple and that only we weak people make it sometimes more difficult than it really is subhannallah
