Yeah tell that to Nile Rodgers, the Chairman of the Songwriters' Hall of Fame. His own words: "What I find interesting is that people might not necessarily think of Madonna as a great songwriter or composer and I am telling you, she absolutely is" - as stated in the Paper magazine August 2022. It's so unbelievably stupid that some people still believe the myth that Madonna did not write any of her music and just shows up wherever she wants to go just to "entertain". It says more about them than Madonna, ironically.

She believes in a collective artists’ community-interdependent and supporting each other when their interests intersect. That’s why she had collaborated with many of them over her career. Most of these artists who collaborated with her have attested that her work ethic is remarkable, and that she is the creative force on her album and tour projects. They also admit that their own career benefitted from working with her. Her longevity and success is a testament to her creative talent and hard work. Put simply, she made it the old-fashioned way-she earned it.
Ugh, it is NOT a rags to riches story. She came from a middle class family and was struggling in NYC purely by choice.

So yeah…stay mad. She’s a genuine legend while you’re nothing.

It’s obnoxious and it turns people away. Keep preaching, they will turn away. But spend silence with the Almighty, and everyone will want to know what your secret is. Then you can tell them. But if you want to keep preaching, see how many people you help save. Unless of course you’re only doing it to convince yourself that you’re righteous.
