That was simply superb, one of the most spirited and moving performances of this wonderful piano quartet that I have heard. The musicians bonded so well and performed the piece to perfection. If only we had the previous movements played by this group as well.

2:09 the way Mr Huang glissed up to the high notes was unexpected and brilliant. I think that's the perfect definition of a great musical /stylistic choice.
I've listened to a lot of versions of the rondo alla zingarese, and this is the only one that surpasses the classic Stern-Ma-Laredo-Ax rendition. Bravissimo.
La Lusique c'est des moments de grâce qui nous permet d'entrer dans des moments de grâce où l'on voit, par des petits sourires, une totale communion entre artistes et qui nous donnent à partager. Merci !
Piano was too loud in my opinion. The piano being too overpowering made it difficult to hear the cello and viola, since those two instruments are lower pitched instruments, it would be harder to listen when overpowered. The violin is higher pitched instrument, so not so much. Overall, it was good
+Yamogy Two things .... The piano lid probably should be closed either entirely or to the partially opened spot. Even so, I think the problem is also that the violist and cellist need to play louder.
What a respectful way to describe a pianist who did a brilliant job. Many string players often think of the piano as something that always needs to stay "in the background"- I need to feel you but not really hear you, you know? Don't you dare "cover" me. I'm the soloist. While there are many pianists who don't listen, your comment was very unfair because this particular pianist listened very well. You can "hear" it, the way her entrances always matched the dynamic and the color the strings had just given, the way she stepped back when she needed to. Pianists are often asked to step back too much. They have all the parts in front of them (just think of the responsibility) and know when they're required to accompany and when their part is just as melodic, while string players often don't bother to look at the score and can ignorantly and self-centeredly think the most obvious accompaniment is the solo.
je ne trouve pas les mots pour décrire l'émotion que provoque l'interprétation des ces 4 artistes alors je laisse couler mes larmes.

That is great! I actually considered doing this, but you beat me to it.
폴황도 멋지지만 김정연 비올리스트 표정의 매력에 빠져서 자꾸 재생하게되는 동영상. . . 07:51 이곳이 백미!

Absolutely beauttiful. I'm new to classical music. HOW CAN PEOPLE SAY THIS IS BORING!?!?! ITS INCREDIBLE
Baroque, Classical, and Romantic era music is some of the greatest of all time :)
That was so great. Awesome performance of a difficult piece.

太完美了!!
我喜歡!!
Awesome
Great performance, but I'd agree with those that think the cello was a bit low in the "mix"
Fantastic!
Paul Huang on violin sounds absolutely gorgeous!! And I am not a fan of everyone's E string
Great recording! Thank you :)

Have you guys noticed that the video is actually faster than it should be? Change the videos speed to 0.5 and it actually looks human.
now they look like they're trying to play underwater lol
French movie Monsieur Hire brought me here
That was comparable to Vivaldi if not better!
btw you can tell the page turner is hella butthurt she wasn't the one playing 😂

BINGO!
I,m eating with the lady in the violin
The pianist plays like a pig as usual. Why is the lid all the way up?? I can't hear the cellist.
+John Stuart its a piano concerto. the piano is the main just saying

Hast thou the sensitivity of an ass? Yes, the piano is more forward in the mix - the fault of the engineer, not the artist.
To be fair, the balance problem in not the pianist fault entirely. A small amp on the cello would really help things.
WRONG! Lowing the lid does decrease volume. Just AMP the cello and we're good!
