Sorry Diksha for late reply..We are using this oven for home use and it is perfectly working fine..and I am happy that I bought this oven..Regarding charcoal effect I can't say anything it is just a tactics to sale this product..but from my opinion this Oven is brilliant and it produces proper heat to cook the food..

@jitendrasinghchandrawat7125 मैंने फिलिप्स का 36 ltr otg लिया है और वो बढ़िया चल रहा है लेकिन उसमें 200°से ऊपर तापमान नहीं जाता और पिज्जा आदि के लिए हो सके तो 400 नहीं तो 350..अगर वो भी नहीं तो कम से कम 300° वाला ओवन लीजिएगा हालांकि ज्यादातर ब्रांडेड otg में high temperature नहीं मिलता
