    In the recipe you posted it read 2 parts Red / 1 part sugar. On the video you said 1 part wine / 2 parts sugar. Which is it?

      1 part whine, 2 part sugar

      I'd say depends on the wine. I made syrup from some terrible super sweet sparkling wine, and I put half of the wine's weight in it. Just taste it as it reduces
