It's ok once you get down into underground walkway, as you really just go straight all the way - the only slightly confusing bit is that not all the lifts go to Level -1 and I didn't see any signage up there that helped. As long as you go to the far lifts and get in one that goes to -1, it's OK, if not a little claustrophobic 👍
It was about 15 minutes at 4am when it wasn't too busy - I walk at about 3mph, so figure it's roughly about ½ a mile to ¾ mile walk, but of course you have the travelators going in that direction.

Is it well directed and well signposted as long as you keep looking for the signs to Terminal 3 ?
