Sometimes I get frustrated listening to some motivational speeches.; not for what is being said per se, but when. People should listen/hear these kinds of speeches earlier in their lives so it can influence their choice of academic discipline, people they associate themselves with, the kinds of friends they make, choices of books to read, etc. Because once 'bad' habits are formed, it becomes a bit hard to replace them with new ones. Anyway...
