I think the "stop periodically", take a breather, take a break, have a cup of (soothing) tea is the best advice I may have ever heard. Probably 93% of mistakes I have made, have been made when I pushed too far, and didn't take that break. Lol. Learning from my mistakes, and finally beginning to recognize BEFORE it's too late.
You know what dear Stephanie??...you are the best tutor... I have done several of your beading pieces over the past couple of years and they have ALL turned out just beautiful !! Working on the Tulullah now and am SO excited !!!!
I’m so smitten with this project! Needing to do this so bad. Bracelets in transit. Waiting for #6 . Please, please, please keep doing beaded embroidery videos. You are an awesome teacher! 💐
Beautiful, almost finished, cuff. Tell you the truth (and this is, my opinion only), I haven't been real sure of the colorway, and, I thought it was looking very gray and dingy 'til you trimmed off the backing--then "BAM", it's beauty just jumped up, slapped my face, and called me suzie!! It is so lovely-thank you so much for sharing this adventure with us.
+Sue Thanks Sue 🌻🙏😃 On camera its does look dark and dingy lol 😂 Silver always looks dark or almost black on camera. The black from my initial drawing on the felt also smeared a bit on the backing. In person it’s bright and sparkly and very icy looking. I always hesitate to use a lot of silver on camera unless it’s bright sterling. I’m glad you saw the true color. You’re right it is quite pretty ❤️😘💜
Hi there...I finished mine via Tallulah, because my stone choices wouldn't work on the cuff. I absolutely loved this project! I felt so creative and am very pleased with my finished piece. Thank you !! I look forward to the edging part that you teach, because I'm planning on doing that cuff..🌺
Stefanie this turned out so pretty! I finally got my cuff and am so ready. I have looked through my beads and have so many ideas. Now to see if I can really put a pretty one together. 😳
I love your bead embroidery cuff. I also love the black one you showed in the first video. Do you have more pictures of it? I love those stones that sparkle.
Hi Stephanie. I have made so many of your beautiful designs and I especially love your interlace work. I wonder if I could challenge you to develop some designs that the 20-40 year old ladies in my family would wear. They believe your designs are lovely and elegantly retro. I just know if you created a more modern design it would be as amazing as all of your other work. And I know if you taught me how to do it, it would work because you are one of the best beading teachers I have ever had. These ladies like slender blingy or subtly unique designs. Can you help me out?
Thanks for the great tutorial. I ordered a couple different bracelet blanks today. I just have to find some ultra suede that’s a color I like at a price that isn’t ridiculous . I love the icy colors you used, I’m usually drawn to color, but your bracelet is beautiful.
You’re very welcome 🌻🙏😊 Ultra Suede is expensive but one sheet makes several pieces. I haven’t been able to find a good substitute yet. Let us know what you come up with🌻
what is the name of your scissors stephanie. i will be making one for frist time. i ordered every thing for it. wish me luck, love your work and teaching is great
I love your videos. You give clear instructions with beautiful results. My question is when I bend the backing of the bracelet around my wrist the backing shows under the cabochon. If I bead the area it distorts the bracelet even with 15/0 beads. How do I fix the bare area?
Hmmm I need to see what you’re referring to. Message a picture to Bronzepony Facebook page and I’ll see if I can help. If everything is sewn tight to the backing you shouldn’t have any gaps.

When I do bead embroidery, I will often put a very thin coat of glue over the threads on the back of the piece. I do this because in the event that when I cut out the bead embroidery and if by chance I do accidentally cut a thread it's not going to completely come apart. It is an extra step but worth it!
Stephanie help! 😩 My embroidery piece is a little too short and is about an 1/8 of an inch short on both ends. I think what happened is that it cinched up with the beading because it was perfect when I first measured it. I cut my ultrasuede a little longer thinking that I could bring it up over the ends that are short? Are there any other tricks you can think of? I already glued it on - I really thought I had checked it enough and thought it was even... any advice is appreciated! Thank you! 🙏🏻💜
I cut from the front but flip it over to check the back threads. I want to get as close to the beads as possible so when I attach to the metal cuff it doesn’t protrude too much over the edge. You can cut from either side as you are comfortable ( just don’t clip a thread :)

Thank you Wendy 🥰 I’m so glad the advice is useful! Sometimes it’s hard to take a break, but so worth it when we do 😃
How beautiful, a moon and stars. Imagine as a head band for a little princess or in a bridal veil. Also a tiny big bigger as a piece of art. Stunning.
Thank you so much Yvonne💕Great idea for a headband or veil piece! Love the idea of making an art piece! How fun would that be!!!

I love doing these , when I use the clothes pins I have about 8 I have glued felt to so they don't break or mar anything . Thanks for sharing.

Hmmm...don’t panic we’ll figure it out. Can you message me a pic to Bronzepony Facebook page? If I see the gap I might be able to think of a solution😊
YES❣️❣️❣️🙏😊🌹🌹

Apprezzo molto i tuoi video però stavolta sono rimasta perplessa. Non mi sembra il modo migliore per rifinire un bracciale
