What's the point of tasting under extracted espresso... You could have made the effort of dialling in the shots.
I am drinking flat whites,would i still get more notes with the MP compared to the HU?
I have looked at a very long video from alternative brewing about 64mm burrs rabbit hole where they compare many different burrs, not just SSP. I'd suggest looking at a video which compares more than just one company and also compares different types of coffee brewing. Seems like burrs that give high clarity and not as much body or mouth feel or sweetness dont work as well with milk drinks

Reduce acidity- go conical

Your explanations are so lame. You don’t explain about particle distribution with each burr etc. you will say what is expected right? MP is clear, HU is less clear … Man…😂😂😂
