Is listening to subliminals better than normal affirmations or are they both the same?
While studying i like to listen to subliminals because otherwise the voice will distract me, but at other times i prefer the spoken affirmations. I think other than that it's just the same
The subliminal messages hits the subconscious (habit, memory, programming, recorder, data base) while the ‘normal spoken words’ affirmations hit the conscious (action, actual, acting, projecting, active)
