Welcome to the UA-cam channel of House + Holm! I'm a mama of three sweet little ones and am married to my middle school sweetheart! My passion for home renovation, design and decorating took off when my husband and I purchased our first home, a 100 year old 1300sq/ft house. Since then, we have renovated four homes. Very nice. My only suggestion would be to add a blanket underneath the tree skirt to fill it out and look fluffy instead of seeing the outline of the tree stand.
I would definitely normally do that, but with our puppy, everything is a toy! Hehehe! So the less I have on the ground, the better.

Yeah it looks good. More ornaments in the middle, add some old towels and stuff under your tree skirt so it looks full!
You can find small wooden beads in the ribbon and fabric section of hobby lobby. They aren't with the Christmas ribbon section. I have several rolls and they are perfect. Hope you can find them. I saw your tree candles last year and have been waiting to get them for this year. They just arrived today and my little one and I put them up. We love them

You could apply a gel stain on your wood garland to change the color, or spray paint it.

Hello Skye, I LOVE YOUR TREE! Looks real n I Love The rustic look of it, everything looks FABULOUS! I have not started decorating yet, been too busy n glad to have my shopping done first to focus on it more n as the weather gets colder then I can just stay home, our bigger stores are about 45 minutes away so I make the trips count! Also I was wondering what shade of green your tree is? Does it look like a blue spruce? I know it’s the lighting some, I am looking for a similar type tree but I want it to be green ( darker) to go with my alpine trees! Any help on color variation greatly appreciated! I’m painting mine an off white, but every time I get a color I like it always ends up looking different once I start painting.
