More patience than me to do that 🤣. Just a thought Dan, have you considered scoring/grinding some shallow diagonal equi-spaced lines on the circular plates that you throw the pots on, and the eye these up for your window spacing? Cheers… Nigel 👍🏻
• wedge your clay thoroughly • don't use too much water when throwing • compress the base after making your opening • avoid leaving excessively thick areas in the walls or base • dry put your pots slowly, under plastic to keep them from drying unevenly

Any suggestions how to clean up the cut outs? Each line usually equally rounded, but after I’m cutting out is pretty sharp. What instrument to use?
