Our First travel video and its from our most recent trip to Ruka, Finland!
By far one of the most beautiful places we've ever visited and so many incredible memories were made! This video is from the day we visited Lammintupa aka Winter Wonderland. The place is exactly what it says in the title.. a WINTER WONDERLAND! The pure beauty and quietness of the area, waist deep snow, frozen wooden signs and thick green, snowy trees! oh.. and the reindeer and huskies of course!
We took part in a husky 2.5km sled which you actually drive/ride yourself, (the dogs do most of the work), after the ride, you then get to meet a lot of the huskies and even husky puppies! Buy far one of the best experiences! Then we decided to have a reindeer ride which again was self led, out in the woods. After finishing the short loop, you then get to meet and feed the reindeer. Such soft and loving animals.. (when they want their food that is).
If you're ever heading out to Ruka, MAKE SURE TO CHECK WINTER WONDERLAND OUT! It's not something you want to miss!
