I think Elias is adorable. I'm allergic to animal dander so a Sphynx would be great, I have a furry Blue Russian and I take allergy pills every day to help with it. I love animals and am not going to let that get in the way of having a pet. The only reason I can think of that might bother some people is that their bits and pieces aren't covered with fur - I've heard a few people say that it bothered them to have to see it, although I had never thought of it myself before that. They're animals what do they expect?! 🤷♀️😂
A purring cat is known to be calming to humans who are stresses. I imagine it is equally calming for Zander to hear the purring, while feeling the physical connection. A match made in heaven!
It's funny too because some great danes are known to “chatter” their jaw when they get really excited, want attention, or when they're worried which sometimes sounds like a purring cat. The more rarer reason is that they might have jaw problems.
Zander and Elias are both soooo beautiful! I'm so glad they have each other. Our dog is a complete worry wart, just like Zander. Our cats give him confidence. Our kitty, Pumpkin, goes for walks with us in a stroller. She loves going along with her favorite pup! ❤
Never met a great dane I didn't adore. They all just soppy big babies, love them. The relationship between these two is deep and unconditional, obviously have the best of owners. fabulous.
I have a large dog and a small kitty that have a similar relationship as these two do. I love to see them interact. It makes my heart feel so full. When it's 'eaten' time, my kittie asks the dog to feed her, not me. I can always hear her when it's near mealtime with him meowing her sweet kitten meow and head butting and rubbing him and licking his enormous head with her tiny tongue. It's just too cute. Our animal friends are such a blessing.

We have a 4 year old dachshund named pepa and she’s seen most of our farm animals as babies. When we came home with our first Bengal cat, they were inseparable and it was the sweetest thing to see. We we got our second Bengal and they had babies, our pepa knew exactly what was coming next. The 3 of them would all hang out and cuddle in our sun room “which is their home”. When the babies came a day after Christmas, auntie pepa was there to support and cuddle with them so mama can go relax. The motherly instinct from our pepa is just so heartwarming. Till this day, when we get new babies she’s right there watching and wanting to be momma. 😂
Not to mention that Elise has the mojo of an emotional support pet! I am full on saying that this cat should be licensed for that occupation to help envoys dogs 🥰😍👍

Zander is every Great Dane and Elias is every cat I've been around or owned, wrapped in one shell! Such a big sweet baby who is completely unaware of their size. 😂😊❤
You can walk your cat too...get it a harness, take it with you. You would be blown away at his greeting for you when you start to listen to them. Either way i can tell these are some happy pets, and that makes me happy, cat walks or not.
I've had the pleasure of meeting a few sphinxes. Super loving and playful. Super soft, peach-fuzz hair. And super warm. AND you can see their toes do a stretch and scratch in all their magnificent glory.
Sphynx cats get too much hate, simply for being nakey. I’m happy Elias has such a loving home and a great brother :3
