    Very useful video sir.. ! pls put english subtitles if possibe. You can do after uploading also. So that other state people getting fooled by Developer is avoided. I learnt kannada after buying DC-conversion site. Fortunately mine BDA approved..!

    Namasakara Sir,
    Thank you for the video and very informative.
    Planning to buy home which has documents like sale deeds, B khata certificate and BBMP tax paid certificates ( last 10 years) but there is no DC Conversion certificate. Current owner doesn't have DC Conversion copy.
    Please guide how to get the DC copy and next steps to purchase.

      Namaskara sir. I personally don't suggest you to purchase B Khata property, by doing so you are not just risking your hard earned money, you would loose your peace of mind as well for various reasons.
      Solution is current owner has to regularise the property by paying betterment charges once govt starts akrama-sakrama scheme, later you can buy that property.

      This kind of changes are done by developers as per their convenience, is the layout plan approved by local planning authority ? Developers can't change the plan as and when they wish, is at all any changes to be made they need to take revised layout plan approval from local planning authority.

      232 is our site sir 30*40. The other site 230 is corner site and small in dimension 20*40. But now they have made 230 as 30*40 and moved our 232 site to 10 feet and now it is road hit.

      @@chandrashekarbk4601 Sir, first check if the layout is near/adjusant to any industrial suburb, if yes ask the developer incase the layout is approved by kiadb or is it required to be approved, the other way is to collect all documents & check with KIADB directly & even get the legal opinion.

    Hi Sir, Num site last site of the layout addu as per sale document and DC conversion document addu 24 number survey alli barute. aadre if we check in online app and survey map addu pakkad survey number 23 all barute. Iddu almost 20 years old layout pakka land compound hakkidara yene development madilla matte till date yene issue aagilla. Will there be any problem in further. Kindly guide madi.

      @@ShivaShiva-cf4zg Hi, as per the law if the other party don't have any other access to the land then you must give way for free ingress and egress and it is easement of necessity and back side owner have no other alternative road you must allow them to for free ingress and egress.
