I suggest doing 67 regression and 35 progression. This is something that I do when I rebuild to keep the ratings more realistic, but obviously you don’t have to do it

I love their roster construction in real life, I think for a 2K rebuild I'd try to pair Ayton with some more size but obviously in real life they have good spacing with Crowder at the 4.

Trading Butler was a big NO NO and a key player on the defensive end of the court. You should have kept him and tried finding a better point guard in the first off season instead of jumping onto the Lamelo band wagon. You had enough cap that you could have signed a younger point guard and let them develop, at that rate you could have signed better bench players also. And you would have took the dub in the first 2 years. Love these videos tho hope you bring them back for 2k23.

In the older rebuilds (IIRC) did a 55 regression 45 progression but I'm totally down to play with it more.
