You need to add a video for the Simple Sway Swing. The assembly instruction booklet are extremely hard to follow - drawings not great. We had to watch the Lovin' Hug Infant Swing to get an idea of what they're trying to communicate in the Simple Sway instructions.
He was great instructing you "how to", but amateur in detailing how to put all the parts together. I had to break apart all the pieces 3 times, because it is "a certain way" for the parts to go in correctly so it won't be imbalance when it's a finish project. I'm thankful I didn't take the second box back to Amazon, saying, "There's a manufacture defective to the Lovin' Swing". All along, I put the parts in WRONG.
Wow, wish I would've saw this before I put mine together lol...The manual is hard to understand in some spots and I accidentally put one of the front legs in the housing unit the wrong way...How do I get it out so that I can put it in correctly?
How do you dissemble this to put it so it fits back into the box and you can give it back to the people who gave it to you? Not a single video showing how to do this!
Please help, I am trying to change the motor unit but I can't remove the legs from it. I see there you/the guy in the video is pressing in those buttons and they're clicking in place. Does this mean they can't come out? Graco have sold me a motor unit so it should come out right? Thanks.
My damn swing does not work at all at first it was just playing the music with the cord plugged in but would not swing or vibrate then i put in the batteries worked for a few mins. Now it completely does not work. Terrible and an inconvinience

If its so easy, why do you need an engineer to assemble it? The true test is whether it can be assembled by a sleep deprived new mom or dad.

mine seems to sit much lower to the floor for some reason the seat is about an inch of the floor any ideas????

It's ok now. I worked it out. You just need an Allen key to press them in as there are holes for this.
