Can we take a second to admire that not only did they get the voice actors together to sing along, but they fact that they all have great voices? I always thought it was two different voice actors, but I’m blown away they all can sing.
From what I can tell, a lot of voice actors are also trained in singing. I don’t know if that’s expected in the industry or just because of the theatre kid energy, though

An example of this is in the movie Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. Chris Sarandon (The normal speaking voice of Jack Skellington) did not have a great singing voice (or as they say he doesn't) and so for all the singing in that film, it was done by Danny Elfman (Who is additionally the voice of Barrel and the composer for the movie and many other Tim Burton movies). I met Jim Cummings and Bill Farmer back in 2014 and, let me say, they're both absolutely the sweetest people ever. Jim is also the voice of Pooh Bear and Tigger, so he spoke in both their voices when he met me.
My best guess is because Daisy didn’t come out until 6 years after Donald did. Mickey & Minnie in 1928, Goofy in 1932, Donald in 1934, but Daisy didn’t debut until 1940. I think that’s why she’s usually left out of things (I play the Dreamlight Valley game & she’s not in it, either.. yet).
The guy who’s the voice of Mickey is set for life he doesn’t even have to do any other voice roles as Disney is more picky with voice actors, they like to keep them until they physically can’t do it anymore. He’ll be Mickey for video games, tv shows, movies, and whatever else they can think of, theme parks, rides, shows involving recording voice lines for certain attractions etc.
I met Bill Farmer at SDCC years ago and talked with him and his wife Jennifer briefly after a panel. I can't even remember what I said, I was just so charmed.
