As an Australian fan and viewer, I miss the trans-Tasman league for the flair and drama of the Aussie franchises versus the NZ franchises.
It made for amazing battles at world cups, the extra time at 2011 World Cup in Singapore, NZ demolishing diamonds during the pool rounds in 2015.
I think it would be amazing for the reunion of the trans-Tasman league but playing the INF netball rules not the SSN rules
    And have caps on imports

I totally agree with Adine and Jenny that Magic are missing Grace (and its not just because she's my neighbour!). Grace seems to be the only one that can feed CBass. Most of the other players aren't noticing CBass' hold early enough and also the point made by Jenny that some of the Magic's players aren't fit enough yet.

I would like to see a tournament between the best teams from the ANZ Premiership, SSN and VNSL. Maybe 8 teams; 3 from Australia, 3 from Britain and 2 from New Zealand.

Haha.. Adine is thr first commentator that has been so blunt and honest about the Fever being sneaky about how they've bent the salary cap rules. Luv it Adine!!

Do you think they need to put a cap on import players in specific positions? In both the ANZ and Suncorp imports are primarily used as GS, a couple of circle defenders and then rarely ever midcourters. It ends up creating an oversupply of midcourters for NZ and Australia and doesnt help countries like Jamaica and Malawi who need experience across the court not just goal shoot. I think Jamaica has three GS imports in SSN that cannot play GA.

Personally I liked the split between both countires! We have always had Australian and New Zealand Competition. We had the Bendon and Coca Cola League as and example. We have experienced, seen and watched the clashes. But since we split from the Aussie teams merging netball New Zealand teams have strengthen and under a great coach has seen a high degree of skill out there on the game.
Australians competition is completely different to our competition here which in lines with World Netball.... I also like our less numbers of imported players as well. We need to up skill our own players and not impede on their development going forth

NO to Trans Tasman cup...just look at the times we have won the WCs....1987, 2003, 21. We have won the WC playing our own domestic competition. Plus Super netball Australia has had a detrimental effect on aussie netball due to imports taking up thier spots at the top level. Just look at the imports they have in the GS , GA, GD, GK positions in the SSN teams. Whereas in NZ its easier for local players to playing top level netball from club level. This is where our advantage is.
