Panic attacks are a horrible experience, I've had 6 in my life thus far. Once I had to go to the hospital. Really appreciate you sharing Cole.

I will always deal with anxiety, to one extent or another. But, at one time, I was hospitalized with generalized anxiety disorder (and depression). That’s been years ago - like the late 90’s - but I don’t think I’ll ever be totally free of it.
Still, it’s become very manageable over the years with the applied principles of cognitive therapy. I was an absolute wreck for several years, but I found my way out of it.

Thank you Cole, Sherif, and Matty for being vulnerable. Matty, Loop ear plugs help mute the noises at loud events, but you can still hear people talking to you. Cheers to you all and keep working to accept the positive feedback. 👐

I believe anxiety stems from trauma/stress/survival response. My generation has grown through a lot of flash trauma events then there's politics and home environment of nuclear family as well as the area which we live. COVID and the world's response definitely triggered and had a raise on anxiety to many people due to wholistic stressor.

Thank you, gentlemen, for sharing your stories. Each one is unique and relates to the topic of anxiety. I did want to make the comment about how you all sort of felt like your experience was the experience a lot of MEN felt. I am a female, a female that resignates with A LOT of what you guys were saying. The objectives might have been different. Instead of being a "tough man" who didn't get scared during something....I might feel like I should have been a better "house wife and cook more often". So I believe the same principles apply, but to the alternative sex. I know, personally, that anxiety can be completely debilitating. I struggle with it every day. I happen to be a successful nurse and I love what I do. But sometimes anxiety still gets the best of me. I agree with the part you guys said about sharing compliments to whoever you believe deserves them. Sometimes people aren't ready for them and can't hear them. But other times, people are amazing, and haven't been able to be told for a long time. Or maybe no one had told them. So please complement people when you see something amazing. It just might be what they need to hear, even if it makes you nervous. Also, I love that you all found something you were passionate about and ran with it. Please continue whatever makes you feel good. You have all made great progress, and that's incredibly exciting. Not everyone comes out of anxiety/depression. You guys have something to show the world. Please do it ❤
