Prophet (PBUH) taught these two Surahs to Hazrat Jabir (R.A) & said: Always recite them. There is no other Surah like them. Hazrat Ayshah (R.A) reported that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) used to recite these Surahs , blow into the palms & then wipe the front of body , beginning from head, then his face & finally his chest. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) used to seek refuge from the evil eye of the jinn & human beings. When the two Surahs were revealed , he adopted them & left every thing , else, Imam Tirmidhi rated this report as hasan sahih.The Merciful Allah may bless us with its recitation & provide us " shifa" in it. Ameen
