I apologize for not seeing this sooner, hopefully your trip hasn't happened yet, but yes there's staff/conductors you can ask for help. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

@@willow5182 Usually when you first arrive at the station you will check your bags in, if you decided to. I never check my bag in as I usually just travel with a single rolling suitcase, so I put it overhead. I can't really go into details on the check-in part, but trust me you will know as the staff and conductors are very helpful, and of course don't be afraid to ask questions. For the most part though, when you arrive to your destination if you checked some bags in, you'll go inside to retrieve them. Definitely double check, even call. Make sure you fill out the tags they give you correctly too.
