- After a month wait, I finally received my ISR y - pipe. The wait was well worth it, so i recorded the process for the Gang.

Don't spend money on mufflers. Just straight pipe it. I had a shop bend me some slip on pipes and I welded the tips. Ghetto as hell, but I love the sound.
I can put the old ones back on in less than 15 minutes. Only issue is most shops aren't going to have metric sized pipe.Went with regular sized pipe and had to be creative in my clamping method.
Go with the isr y pipe and the resonated testpipes will get a good sound from it I have atm the isr resonated testpipes and single exit I still need to put on straight pipe ain’t worth it

Val Owens berk tp isr y pipe muffler delete. That comes to around $800. Yes that should work if you have the q60 that looks like the G37.
Is this muffler delete plus resonator delete and new y pipe ?

No rattle, if you have rattles check heat shields or loose resonator internals.

It does not considering the Motordyne is a ypipe back exhaust. This y pipe is for a single exit or single pipe exhaust spec not true dual.

When added to a straight pipe it drones, but a rear muffler will correct that.

So here is the problem I have with this comparison. The stock you did a cold start on which made it louder and we didnt get to hear the hiss or leak at all which is typical of videos due to them not picking everything up. Next you rev with the new set up(not same conditions) which sounded like the stock cold start up when u rev which doesnt really help with a comparison. You said this way a little over $800. Well I woulndt have wasted that cash on it man. I would have saved a few more hundred and bought a complete set up. Well thats what im doing anyways. I have some ideas on how i want mine to sound and videos honestly never give us what we really want..to feel like we are there in person hearing the car purr. So I could be wrong, but the video doesnt help much bro. I hope its what you want tho cuz at the end of the day who gives a fuck what anyone else thinks lol.

To be honest...I didn't hear the hissing at all. I do like the after with the new Y pipe. Any cabin drone? I notice yours sounds pretty good with the muffler delete...I have heard a few that are loud for no reason and sound like shit. Good job

I have major hiss after hfc install. Thinking y pipe will help with that.

I put a nismo 370z nismo axle back on mine. Nismo Nissan JARI 30090028S VQ37 Muffler Exhaust but want a more deeper sound. Will adding the y pipe do that ?

I have a question that no one can seem to answer , if I get a Y pipe and want to cut off my converters . Can my Y pipe fit where my converters cut off at or would I need to get two more pipes for the spacing ? And if so what size

You have 2"ish outlets on your cats into 2.5" inlets on your Y-pipe, and a 3"outlet to a 60mm (2.36") inlet resonator pipe.

@@bukklaog3717 Bro im pretty sure the ISR Y PIPE goes from 3' into the stock midpipe 2' - 2.5'. Was this an issue for you? Did it cause any rasp or leak? Which gasket did you use?

George Alorda probably a heat shield and you may need a tune to compensate for the test pipes.
@@bukklaog3717 gonna try with this y pipe , to get rid of the heat shield that im pretty sure thats the rattling noice .. i check it and the shields both sides has holes and tearing apart 👍

Btw..i also have that annoying hiss coming from under the car. The oem y pipe is prob leakin...
