Really enjoyed rewatching this ep with you… and agree Tae is adorable. I love when we see the shy aspects of his personality… it’s very endearing. I love that this whole album has been about expressing his gentle, soft, languid, tranquil personality and his liking of nostalgia and past times through song form rather than it being an autobiographical album. He received the songs this time as he said in his rolling stone interview that he has plenty of time to show his own music, so he first wanted to show the style he likes, and his musical colours as Kim Taehyung. Coming back to palette… loved their bickering energy too and their duet was beautiful. If you enjoyed this, you will also really enjoy Tae on ‘you quiz’ and his promotions for spot ify. ‘V makes it rain’ and ‘v does v poses and the world is alright again’ are soooo fun to watch and at the same time so cute. When it comes to challenges, you should also look at the Smoke challenge. He danced with two professional dancers, including the original author, and Taehyung clearly caught the eye. Hype Boy and Smoke have completely different vibes, but Taehyung dances really well to each music.
To a lot of listeners it would sound different as lately the group songs have got higher and higher in tone and so he has to sing in his upper registers. We don’t often get to hear his mid/low tones in his more comfortable part of the range.
