In Latin America there are lots of different looks due to their "mestizo" history and culture. Most are mixed indigenous and European (mainly Spanish, some major cities have some Italian), and some end up looking more of one side than the other, or like the majority, split of both sides. You can still see the mixture. Then it depends what part of Spain their Spanish roots came from, which could mean lighter hair/complexion or majority darker. Then there is the situation where the parents could be more indigenous looking (but still mixed) then they have a child and that child comes out looking like Miss Costa Rica here. Haha
