For how long should you leave that paste on?. How often should it be changed/ cleaned out?

I leave it over night then redo it the next day. It can be done daily for 3-5 days and redone as needed, like after a fresh trim. Depending on the hoof health, it usually doesn’t take more then a week to be effective.
