If you are a follower of a religion you should follow its principles. Why woman has to cover the head? Lets look. I wonder why muslims only cover their head when other religious scriptures say its compulsory
1. HINDUISM
God made you women, so that you shall lower your gaze, do not look at men, keep your feet close, cover your head and do not disclose the garment, which should be concealed with the veil
(Rig Veda Book 8 Hymn 33 Mantra 19-20)
“Unlovely is the person is the husband who covers his thighs with the garment of his wife. “ So the Rig Veda says that wearing the clothes of the opposite sex is prohibited.

When Purshuram comes, Rama tells his wife Sita that “He is our elder, please lower your gaze, and put on the veil.
(Mahavir Charitra Act 2 Page 71)
2. CHRISTIANITY
But if a woman has long hair, is that her glory? Her hair is given to her for a cover.
(Corinthians 11:15)
If a woman does not cover her head, let her cut her hair. But if it is disgraceful for a woman to cut her hair or shave her head, let her cover her head. (Corinthians 11: 6)
And I want women to be modest in their appearance. They should wear decent and appropriate clothing and not draw attention to themselves by the way they fix their hair or by wearing gold or pearls or expensive clothes. (Timothy 2:9)
The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God (Deuteronomy 22:5)
So the Bible says that wearing the clothes of the opposite sex is prohibited.

How many men are victims of sexual harassment? Women? Look at the ratio of the two. How many men are abused?
Men have less control than women (for women it is a power ). In fact, the man first evaluates the woman by looking at her body.
A man's hijab is his eye.
Holy Quran says to men
“Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (avoiding its concentration on a person’s body, or a certain part of it) and to be mindful of their chastity; in this they will be more considerate for their own well-being and purity, and surely God is fully aware of all that they do”

Narrated `Aisha:
(the wife of the Prophet) `Umar bin Al-Khattab used to say to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) "Let your wives be veiled" But he did not do so. The wives of the Prophet (ﷺ) used to go out to answer the call of nature at night only at Al-Manasi.' Once Sauda, the daughter of Zam`a went out and she was a tall woman. `Umar bin Al-Khattab saw her while he was in a gathering, and said, "I have recognized you, O Sauda!" He (`Umar) said so as he was anxious for some Divine orders regarding the veil (the veiling of women.) So Allah revealed the Verse of veiling. (Al-Hijab; a complete body cover excluding the eyes). (See Hadith No. 148, Vol. 1)

Narrated `Aisha:
The wives of the Prophet (ﷺ) used to go to Al-Manasi, a vast open place (near Baqi` at Medina) to answer the call of nature at night. `Umar used to say to the Prophet (ﷺ) "Let your wives be veiled," but Allah's Apostle did not do so. One night Sauda bint Zam`a the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ) went out at `Isha' time and she was a tall lady. `Umar addressed her and said, "I have recognized you, O Sauda." He said so, as he desired eagerly that the verses of Al-Hijab (the observing of veils by the Muslim women) may be revealed. So Allah revealed the verses of "Al-Hijab" (A complete body cover excluding the eyes).
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ أَزْوَاجَ النَّبِيِّ، صلى الله عليه وسلم كُنَّ يَخْرُجْنَ بِاللَّيْلِ إِذَا تَبَرَّزْنَ إِلَى الْمَنَاصِعِ ـ وَهُوَ صَعِيدٌ أَفْيَحُ ـ فَكَانَ عُمَرُ يَقُولُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم احْجُبْ نِسَاءَكَ. فَلَمْ يَكُنْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَفْعَلُ، فَخَرَجَتْ سَوْدَةُ بِنْتُ زَمْعَةَ زَوْجُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لَيْلَةً مِنَ اللَّيَالِي عِشَاءً، وَكَانَتِ امْرَأَةً طَوِيلَةً، فَنَادَاهَا عُمَرُ أَلاَ قَدْ عَرَفْنَاكِ يَا سَوْدَةُ. حِرْصًا عَلَى أَنْ يَنْزِلَ الْحِجَابُ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ آيَةَ الْحِجَابِ.

*Effect of wearing all enveloping burkha/hijab*
Do Muslims have vitamin D deficiency?
When looking at the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency among Muslim women, numerous studies seem to agree that a high rate deficiency of D vitamin does exist. Within a study of children in Saudi Arabia, it was found that 81% of children had low levels of vitamin D within their blood and 40% had very low levels
In addition lack of air circulation causes high level of fungal infection around the private parts.
Mohammad also specifically forbade muslims to resemble Kuffar in clothing. It was narrated from ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Amr ibn al-‘Aas (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) saw him wearing two garments dyed with safflower and he said to him: “These are the garments of the kuffaar; do not wear them.” Narrated by Muslim, 2077.
Muslim (2069) narrated from ‘Umar that he wrote to the Muslims in Azerbaijan saying: “Beware of luxury and the clothing of the people of shirk.” Narrated by Muslim, 2069.
I started wearing at the age of 35 thanks ALLAH SWT for guidance.

Hihab saved me so much trouble in life alhamdulillah. It was the new beginning for me SubhanaAllah. I cried when I was recognized as a Muslim for the first time. I was nervous and unsure when I wore it, I walked in to the bus it was like Allah made some sisters be there at that time at that moment. They all got up from their seats and said Salam to me. It was like Allah comforted me and welcomed me. Respect your hijab and cherish it.

Allah the Exalted clarifies the waiting period of the woman in menopause. And that is the one whose menstruation has stopped due to her older age. Her Iddah is three months instead of the three monthly cycles for those who menstruate, which is based upon the Ayah in (Surat) Al-Baqarah. 228 The same for the young, who have not reached the years of menstruation. Their Iddah is three months like those in menopause.....The same for the young, who have not reached the years of menstruation....children

With respect, this is what our Prophet said. There was nothing said about his Sunnah. As you know, in those days, the enemies of Islam paid to have a Sunnah fabricated, which means that sadly many of the Sunnahs are fabrications - although not all.
I leave behind me two things, The Quran and My Ahlul Bayt (pbut) and if you follow these you will never go astray.

Narrated `Aisha:
The wives of the Prophet (ﷺ) used to go to Al-Manasi, a vast open place (near Baqi` at Medina) to answer the call of nature at night. `Umar used to say to the Prophet (ﷺ) "Let your wives be veiled," but Allah's Apostle did not do so. One night Sauda bint Zam`a the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ) went out at `Isha' time and she was a tall lady. `Umar addressed her and said, "I have recognized you, O Sauda." He said so, as he desired eagerly that the verses of Al-Hijab (the observing of veils by the Muslim women) may be revealed. So Allah revealed the verses of "Al-Hijab" (A complete body cover excluding the eyes).

It was narrated from ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Amr ibn al-‘Aas (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) saw him wearing two garments dyed with safflower and he said to him: “These are the garments of the kuffaar; do not wear them.” Narrated by Muslim, 2077.
Muslim (2069) narrated from ‘Umar that he wrote to the Muslims in Azerbaijan saying: “Beware of luxury and the clothing of the people of shirk.” Narrated by Muslim, 2069.
