It is true , am from Algeria and I as I see now our corrupt government is letting this guys from the golf countrys come and hunt our wild animals, it is a shame ,in the middle est they kill every wild animals ,as well in Africa a lot of western and mostly from USA they come here to Africa and kill wild animals for fun wishes shame
We used to get these spear fishing off of Oahu all the time. One of the best fish I've ever tasted too. We would just cut the belly open and stuff it with pineapple, sausage, onions, peppers and some bananna leaves and throw it on the grill.

workplace is clean , blade is not sharp though. plus always good idea to scale fish and the skin it or those flakes keep flying around when filleting. fish is beautiful though, neon blue color i suppose or peacock green. white meat.
That fish is actually responsible for keeping the coral reef beautiful and healthy . It eats the algae and helps the coral reef. Best to throw these fish back in my opinion.. Pitty.
